Handling, testing and the literature.
Practical references for clinics and labs working with research peptides — storage windows, reconstitution maths, and how to read what a lab actually reports.
The reconstitution reference: volumes, concentrations and syringe maths
Everything that goes wrong with a peptide vial happens in the first five minutes after the seal is broken. This is the reference sheet we send to every new clinic account — diluent choice, injection technique into the vial, concentration tables for 5, 10 and 20 mg vials, and the U-100 conversions.

Practitioner questions we get weekly
Short answers, no marketing.
Do you ship anywhere outside Canada?
No. We ship domestically within Canada only, which keeps every order inside a single regulatory framework and lets us guarantee 1–3 day transit times. Orders with a non-Canadian shipping address will not be processed.
Can I get a COA before I order?
Yes — We test every batch we recieve. Contact us for the most up to date certificate for the product you are interested in.
What happens if a lot fails specification?
It is destroyed and the batch number is retired. We do not re-test into compliance, downgrade the stated purity, or sell failed material at a discount. This is the single most important thing to ask any supplier.
Do you provide dosing or protocol guidance?
No, and you should be wary of any supplier who does. We publish handling references — reconstitution maths, storage windows, assay interpretation. Research is your responsibility.
How does the reship guarantee work?
If a package is lost in transit, delayed beyond 10 business days, or arrives with damaged vials, email us a photo of the shipment and we reship or refund in full. No return shipment is required — never mail research material back.
